School Girl

Hey pretties! Today was my first day of junior year, whoot whoot! I couldn't be more excited that this year finally kicked off. This look was more on the casual side but a little bit dressy. My lime green sandals are from Target and I only got them for $9. I love these because the color doesn't clash with anything, it can literally be worn with any clothing. My dark capri jeans are from Adam Levine's clothing line which makes this ensemble the 'bit dressy part.' My favorite part of these jeans are the button and zipper are on the left side hip! How cool is that? My black and pink backpack is from Walmart. Last but not least my new favorite t-shirt. Of course I got it from the Miley Cyrus concert for $40, yes, that's expensive for a t-shirt but it was definitely worth it. Hope you enjoy the rest of the photos!

Bangerz

Hello lovelies! Yesterday I went to see the fabulous Miley Cyrus in her very popular 'Bangerz Tour.' She was absolutely remarkable and definitely put on a great show! This was totally a great way to end my summer and I couldn't think of a better way

For my Bangerz look I wore this amazing pink lace crop top that I really love from Forever 21! I haven't wore this top all this whole summer. I saved it just for this occasion. My dark skinny jeans are from Charlotte Russe. I don't normally prefer jeans, but these are an exception. I paired this outfit with my favorite denim converse shoes which goes perfectly with my denim jeans. My white jean jacket is by 'Route 66', and my purse and sunglasses are from H&M. I hope these photos make you feel like you were all at the concert, enjoy!

Floral Fairytale

Hello darling! Yesterdays outfit was definitely dressy and for great reasons. I was fortunate enough to see one of my bestest friend, that I've known for a very long time, perform in the Goodman Theatre production of Brigadoon! Which is why I named this post "Floral Fairytale" because the musical was much like a fairytale. She did a wonderful job, the whole cast did! I definitely recommend you all see it, it's definitely worth it. My momma even decided to pose for some pictures too.
Anyways, I am wearing my favorite floral high-low dress that I absolutely adore, I covered it with the most flowy gray cardigan I own from Forever 21. I love this one because it can be worn in the summer or winter which is fantastic. I accessorized my look with a crochet inspired bracelet, my Dooney and Bourke cream color purse, and Steve Madden bone colored pumps. Enjoy the rest of the photos!

Summer Shade

Hey lovelies! Remember in a couple posts back in Ballet+Fashion I said I was going to post a ballet photo shoot? Well, I finally wasn't busy or being completely lazy and did one! My mom-tographer and I got up really early this morning and went to our local park to take these shots. Of course I had to combine fashion and dance, so I am wearing a tank top dress that I got from Marshalls, one of my favorite stores. I love the lace parts on the dress and how easily it is to move in it. Yes I brought my flute with me to make George Balanchine's statement, "Here the music, see the dance" come true. I hope you enjoy these photos!
